William practices law in the area of General practice including but not limited to the fields of Municipal Law and Labor and Employment Law.

William is a member of the American, Iowa and Johnson County Bar Associations, is a member of the International Municipal Lawyer’s Association and is a past President and current member of the Iowa Municipal Attorney’s Association.

William currently serves as the City Attorney for the cities of Central City, West Liberty, Grinnell, Montezuma, Lowden, Urbana and Norway.
