Dennis’ practice is primarily but not exclusively focused on the fields of Civil Litigation, Business Associations and Franchise and Distribution.

Dennis is a member of the American, Iowa and Johnson County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the ABA Forum on Franchising.

Dennis served as an Assistant City Attorney to the City of Iowa City from 1996-2000.

Dennis graduated from the Drake University Law School with honors and served on the Drake University Law Review.

Dennis is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Old Capitol Sertoma Club of Iowa City and Coralville.
